Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is hiring a Demand Planning Professional to support Mission Systems. You will develop and maintain demand plans translating customer requirements into actionable production and supply plans, partnering across Business Development, Program Management, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to balance capacity, inventory and financial objectives.

Hybrid role with 2–4 days onsite.

Qualifications

• University degree with 2+ years of demand planning/forecasting experience.
• Experience leading and facilitating demand reviews.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.
• Experience with Kinaxis and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling 18+ month unconstrained demand plan for OE, Aftermarket, and MRO / Spares.
• Lead Demand Reviews and drive cross-functional alignment on the consensus demand plan.
• Translate customer demand into requirements that support the master schedule and Operations.
• Support SIOP activities, including financial reconciliation, supply reviews, and executive reviews.
• Analyze demand, orders, inventory, market trends, and forecast variances to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop build-to-stock recommendations, burn-down plans, sales forecasts, and inventory targets.
• Monitor and communicate key metrics including forecast accuracy, inventory performance, OTD, and demand variance.
• Ensure demand data integrity and compliance with customer contractual requirements.
• Partner across functions to resolve constraints and make decisions that best support customer and business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting methods, planning processes, and tools.
