Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage material planning, inventory performance, and risks to meet targets.
• Analyze demand, supply, and inventory trends; develop actionable recommendations.
• Establish and maintain planning parameters, including MRP types, MOQs, lot sizes.
• Support SIOP, inventory forecasting, PIR management, and scenario planning.
• Develop and maintain inventory KPIs, PFEP, variance reporting, ABC segmentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and cross-functional execution.
