Job summary

LG H&H Americas is seeking a proactive Demand Planner to translate sales estimates and product movement plans into SKU-level demand. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to forecast, optimize inventory, and support S&OP in a fast-paced cosmetics business.

The role emphasizes proactive process improvement, accurate forecasting, and clear communication with stakeholders to prevent overstock and drive revenue. Bilingual Korean/English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in demand planning or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and large data set experience.
• ERP experience (SAP) and demand planning tools a plus.
• Proactive mindset to develop processes and improve ways of working.
• Bilingual Korean/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to input demand drivers.
• Develop SKU-level Demand Plans by channel, customer and time period.
• Analyze forecast performance and adjust plans accordingly.
• Validate plans with Sales and Marketing reflecting latest expectations.
• Support S&OP with accurate demand forecasts and risks.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias and KPIs.
• Translate plan changes into SKU-level demand updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning methodologies and tools.
• Build and improve planning processes in a changing environment.
• Communicate demand changes to SCM stakeholders and maintain data integrity.
