Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Demand Planner in California to own the monthly demand forecast and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You will lead S&OP cycles, analyze inputs, and drive improvements to service levels and inventory efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field and 2+ years in demand planning, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; SAP and IBP experience is preferred and Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years in Demand Planning or similar role required.
• Strong organizational/time-management abilities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain item-level base forecasts in volume and value.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on forecast inputs (trade plans, launches, cannibalization).
• Lead monthly S&OP meetings across sales, marketing, finance, operations.
• Improve forecast accuracy to raise service levels and reduce inventory.
