Job summary

Wella Company in Calabasas, CA seeks a Manager of Demand Planning to lead S&OP for the U.S. and Canada PRO business.

You will translate market insights into unbiased, accurate forecasts for a portfolio of 800+ SKUs, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive inventory optimization and on-time product launches. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, deep experience in forecasting tools (SAP/Blue Yonder), and a proven ability to coach a high-performing Demand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
• Four years of experience in supply chain and demand planning in the beauty industry or FMCG company.
• Two years of specialized experience in demand planning and supply chain planning activities in a beauty or FMCG environment, including inventory management and product fulfillment.
• Experience using SAP, Blue Yonder, or equivalent forecasting/planning tools.
• Experience building and maintaining demand forecasts for 800+ SKUs using statistical models.
• Active role in the S&OP process with senior management alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP demand planning process for the U.S. and Canada PRO business with 800+ SKUs.
• Translate models and market insights into actionable demand plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to build forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
• Improve forecast accuracy, inventory management, and service levels through analysis.
• Lead forecasting for new product launches with cross-functional alignment.
• Manage forecasting systems and planning tools to ensure data integrity.
