Job summary

LG H&H Americas is seeking a proactive Demand Planner to translate sales estimates and product movement plans into SKU-level demand forecasts across B2B and E-commerce channels. The role emphasizes inventory optimization, preventing overstock, and aligning supply with market demand.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure plans reflect market insights and commercial activities, while building improved planning processes for a volatile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, sales planning, supply chain planning, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business information and data into actionable demand plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to actively collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets and complex spreadsheets.
• Experience with ERP (SAP) and demand planning systems is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to explore new ideas, develop new processes, and continuously improve existing ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to understand demand drivers and inputs for planning.
• Develop SKU-level Demand Plans by translating estimates into forecasts by SKU, channel, customer, and time period.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and bias to identify gaps and improve future plans.
• Review future plans with Sales and Marketing to reflect market conditions and commercial activities.
• Support S&OP with accurate demand forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor KPI performance and adjust plans to improve accuracy and reliability.
• Translate changes in promotions, launches, or discontinuations into SKU-level demand changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning methodologies, processes, and tools.
