Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and testing. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, lead client conversations, and drive lift with data-driven optimization.

You’ll collaborate with copywriters and video editors, develop testing plans, ensure tracking accuracy, and communicate results to clients. This remote role offers a high-growth environment and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead strategy conversations.
• Proven track record achieving performance targets and client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports ahead of calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and decisions.
• Build client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Develop and execute Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and bookings.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, and creative testing.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Set up tracking, pixels, Calendly integrations, and lead routing workflows.
