Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, focusing on Meta advertising and high‑quality lead generation.

You’ll manage a portfolio, lead client calls, craft actionable insights, and ensure retention and growth while working with data‑driven campaigns. This hands-on role reports to the Associate Director of Operations and offers remote work options, competitive compensation, and a strong performance bonus culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience, with Meta advertising.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead client conversations.
• Proven track record delivering campaigns toward defined performance targets.
• Experience with conversion tracking pixels and basic marketing automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bid strategies, testing, and campaign variables.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up tracking pixels and conversion events; integrate Calendly and Zapier workflows.
• Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues.
