Job summary

Clients Blackbox is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and creative testing. You will manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment bookings, and you’ll draft copy and VSL scripts for financial services audiences.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience and strong client-facing communication. A hybrid Work From Home option is available within a performance-driven agency setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience leading client-facing strategy conversations across multiple accounts.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
