Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. seeks a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, copywriting, testing, and client communication. This senior role demands ownership of end-to-end campaign execution and ongoing optimization.

You will write direct-response copy, develop testing strategies, and collaborate with editors and automation tools to accelerate results while maintaining strategic judgment. Remote-friendly role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and decisions.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaigns.
