Job summary

Bombora, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Demand Generation in New York to lead strategy, development, and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across Bombora’s product suite.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing Ops, and Creative to identify demand opportunities, develop multi-channel programs, and drive campaigns from strategy through measurement. You will partner with Sales to build integrated motions, track performance, and optimize

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and ABM-focused on ad tech and data categories
• Track record building multi-channel campaigns (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) to engage buyers
• Experience combining paid, organic social, email, content syndication, and more to power campaigns
• Experience partnering with Sales to build integrated Sales motions across SDRs and AEs

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ideation, development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to identify opportunities and structure multi-touch campaigns
• Lead Content Marketing, Marketing Ops, Creative, and external agencies to build assets and bring campaigns to market
• Coordinate with Sales and Revenue Ops to ensure seamless lead handoffs from marketing to sales
• Monitor, track, and report campaign performance using KPI focused on account penetration and engagement
