Job summary

Matik is seeking a Sr. Demand Gen Manager to scale its demand generation function. You will own the strategy and execution of full-funnel campaigns, design multi-touch journeys, and drive inbound meetings and pipeline for a fully remote team.

You will partner with content, SDR, and analytics to optimize spend, measure ROI, and expand ABM programs across channels in a fast-growing, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demand generation or digital marketing in B2B, enterprise space.
• Experience driving multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns that generate inbound meetings and pipeline.
• Proven data-driven decision making with analytics to optimize spend and ROI.
• Experience using HubSpot as a core marketing ops tool.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and day-to-day execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns.
• Design multi-touch customer journeys and nurture leads from prospect to customer.
• Plan and manage paid media programs, budgets, performance, and ROI reporting.
• Collaborate with content to create high-converting assets and scale across paid, organic, and owned channels.
• Partner with SDR team to align on lead quality and optimize handoffs.
• Build ABM programs with SDR collaboration.
• Own funnel reporting and analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead A/B testing across channels.
