Job summary

TLDR is seeking a senior marketing professional to own demand generation across paid, email, web, and content. You’ll drive inbound and pipeline goals, optimize campaigns with AI, and partner with Sales and Product Marketing to expand into new channels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B demand generation and owning a pipeline or revenue number.
• Hands-on experience running integrated campaigns across paid, email, web, and content, with attribution and funnel analysis.
• Understanding of email as a demand gen channel, with nurture and lifecycle program experience.
• Nice to have: experience in media/advertising sales, product-led or self-serve motions, or selling to marketers.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound and marketing-sourced pipeline goals end to end and beat them every quarter.
• Turn v1 programs into a machine: manage paid, HubSpot nurtures, email calendar, and funnel conversion with testing and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end integrated campaigns (webinars, gifting, account playbooks) with Product Marketing and Content.
• Collaborate with Sales on accounts and verticals; influence campaign strategy per vertical to fuel outbound.
• Explore new channels and audiences, including product-led and self-serve entry points.
