Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to own the end-to-end net new demand in a fast‑growing healthcare software environment. You will lead a small team, integrate content, paid media, and BDR activities, and drive data‑backed decisions to maximize demo and pipeline performance.

You’ll own the forecasting, reporting, and optimization across channels, with a heavy emphasis on HubSpot dashboards, select automation, and AI-assisted insights to scale demand.”

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in demand generation or performance marketing in B2B SaaS.
• Led and grew a team, with coaching and priority setting.
• Deep HubSpot experience with dashboards, lifecycle stages, and campaign reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end demand funnel from cold to demo to deal.
• Lead the demand engine across Marketing Ops, BDR, Content, Events, and agency partners.
• Build and optimize plays for different buyer segments (SMB, mid-market, enterprise).
• Dissect performance by source/channel/segment and feed learnings to teams.
• Forecast demos across sources and align with BD R outbound for a common target.
• Own website CRO, landing pages, forms, and demo booking flow.
