Job summary

Vibes is seeking a remote Demand Gen leader in the United States to own strategy and execution for a growth-stage SaaS company. You will report to the VP of Marketing, shape go-to-market, and drive pipeline with autonomy and senior leadership exposure.

You will manage campaigns across paid media, email, SEO/SEM, and content syndication, leveraging HubSpot and other tools to optimize results. The role offers growth and strategic impact in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on demand generation experience in B2B
• 4+ years in B2B SaaS or similar
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and paid media

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly and annual MQL and pipeline targets
• Lead ABM program design with sales/marketing teams
• Optimize pipeline conversion metrics and account targeting
• Manage program performance and report to VP Marketing
• Stay ahead of AI-driven demand gen trends and translate to actions
