Ladders seeks a Senior Demand Generation Manager, Network Observability to own global demand generation strategy with emphasis on pipeline creation and measurable impact. This remote role partners with sales, events, content, operations, and regional stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is analytical, skilled at optimizing multi-channel campaigns, improving attribution, and driving demand programs across the funnel. Remote-US-based with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in multi-channel campaign development.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in a metrics-driven marketing culture.
• B2B software marketing experience.
• Proficiency with Marketo or HubSpot.
• Experience with email nurtures and webinars.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with marketing attribution reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop a data-driven campaign strategy to support global sales goals.
• Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns while coordinating with internal teams.
• Plan and manage the demand generation webinar program, including promotions and technical setup.
• Formulate marketing strategies across multiple sales channels.
• Support event tracking and execution to maximize engagement.
• Connect marketing activities to lead generation through attribution reporting.
• QC and manage campaigns in marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Execute email nurtures and invitations for product launches and events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and schedules.
• Design region-specific demand generation initiatives.
• Provide reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.
• Document workflows for project management transparency.
