Great Question is a remote-first SaaS company building an AI-powered customer research platform. We are seeking a Demand Gen/Growth marketer who will own SQL attainment and a scalable demand engine across multiple channels.

You’ll drive pipeline from organic and AI-driven searches to content, gated assets, referrals, events and paid media. You will segment practitioners (researchers, designers, product managers) to attract the right buyers and partner with Product Marketing to move from

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• You’ve personally owned a pipeline, SQL or qualified lead target—and delivered.
• You think in revenue, conversion rates and pipeline, not vanity metrics.
• Built and operated multi-channel demand programs end to end with data-driven improvements.
• You’re AI-native in practice with workflows that increased output or reduced time.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute demand programs across organic search, AI search, content, partnerships, gates, referrals, directories, events and paid channels.
• Turn messaging assets into repeatable lead-generation systems and gate content across channels.
• Segment and target practitioners (researchers, designers, product managers) to attract the right buyers.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to move from hypothesis to launch to measurement to iteration.
• Work with Growth Lead to build AI-assisted workflows for enrichment, personalization, routing and automation.
• Measure funnel metrics (MQL→SQL→SQO) and optimize channels and ROI.
