Job summary

Seer Interactive, a remote-first digital marketing consultancy, seeks a senior growth-focused professional to own Seer's growth and demand motion from first touch through qualification. You will build quality relationships with digital and marketing leaders, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with the BizDev team to drive pipeline.

You’ll be data-driven, consultative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand generation, pipeline generation, outbound business development, or consultative sales.
• Experience with digital marketing services or agency environments.
• Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch and demonstrate past results.
• CRM data hygiene and pipeline tracking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline from two motions: warm community and targeted net-new accounts.
• Qualify opportunities with discipline and hand off to BizDev when appropriate.
• Maintain data quality in HubSpot and track ICP targeting and lists.
• Represent Seer in industry events and synthesize market signals to sharpen positioning.
