Job summary

AppZen is seeking a high-performing Senior Manager of Demand Generation to fuel pipeline growth. You will lead end-to-end campaigns across channels, collaborate with Sales, SDRs, Content, and RevOps, and drive top-of-funnel pipeline in a fast-paced AI-centric environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in SaaS demand generation, strong analytics, and a proven ability to scale programs that convert to opportunities, with a comfort level using AI to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in B2B demand generation, growth or performance marketing in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Proven track record building multi-channel campaigns that convert to pipeline.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and SDR teams to drive program success.
• Experience integrating AI into marketing workflows (prompts, agents, automation) is a plus.
• Excellent project management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns across paid media, ABM, email, content syndication, and webinars.
• Build targeted programs for prioritized industries and accounts using ABM approaches.
• Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to align messaging and lead-follow-up strategies.
• Test and optimize digital tactics and landing pages to drive qualified leads.
• Create campaign briefs, timelines, and performance projections with Content and Ops.
• Leverage AI to accelerate campaign development from audience research to copy drafts.
