Mews in the United States is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to own demand generation across a genuinely complex, segmented go-to-market, shaping strategy and channel mix rather than executing a fixed playbook.

You will design, run, and optimize campaigns across SEM, SEO, email, social, and content, collaborating with sales and marketing to align targeting, messaging, and lead generation; AI fluency is expected.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in marketing with at least 2 years designing and executing campaigns.
• Track record of successful campaigns in technology or software.
• Experience in complex, segmented go-to-market environments.
• Understanding of the modern buyer journey and multi-channel engagement.
• AI Fluency Level 3 or equivalent: redesigning workflows with AI and validating insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and run demand generation strategies to hit sales and revenue targets.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across SEM, SEO, email, social, and content marketing.
• Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign performance.
• Use AI tools to speed up campaign analysis and testing and scale best practices.
• Report on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
