Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a highly technical Sr. Analyst, Demand Generation Analytics to execute on digital demand generation reporting and analysis across Salesforce products and multiple lines of business.

You will own the always-on reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis powering KPI diagnostics and leading indicators. You will navigate data sources across Google Analytics (Snowflake), Salesforce CRM objects, and paid media data to produce reliable insights, partnering with data science

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing/Demand Gen Analytics or a quantitatively focused role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Tableau to build complex dashboards.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Salesforce CRM objects.
• Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis under time pressure and clearly communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and always-on reporting for demand gen KPIs and leading indicators.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and proactively resolve data issues.
• Translate measurement designs into concrete dashboards and reports in partnership with leadership.
