Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing/Demand Gen Analytics, BI, or quantitative field, ideally in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Strong SQL proficiency to write complex queries across large datasets.
• High proficiency in Tableau for end-to-end dashboards.
• Familiarity with GA, Salesforce CRM objects, and paid media data sources.
• Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis under time pressure and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Always-On Reporting & Dashboarding: design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards for demand gen KPIs.
• Ad-Hoc & Diagnostic Analysis: use SQL to answer questions and track leading indicators.
• Cross-Functional Execution: partner with data science/engineering to align on data and reporting logic.
