Qualifications

• BA / BS Degree required.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred but not required.
• 5–7 years of experience across Change Management, Materials Management, Procurement, Production, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics.
• 3+ years leading New Production Launches (Cosmetic Industry preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of MRP, scheduling, capacity planning and financial objectives in line with execution schedules.
• 3+ years’ experience in ERP/MRP systems (Dynamics 365 a plus).
• Intermediate Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables, formulas).
• Strong analytical, problem solving and process management skills.
• Ability to communicate status and risks to senior management in a timely manner.
• Balance strategic thinking with process-oriented execution; clear written and verbal communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supply chain operational plan to support demand and inventory targets.
• Manage market-specific inventory; analyze risks, overstock, expiry; partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate gaps.
• Inventory risk reporting and escalation of supply problems; assess root causes and resolutions.
• Support ad hoc projects with shelf life and timing considerations.
• Review forecast to align ERP with sales strategies and objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to map processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead development of new operational processes for market requirements.
• Manage risks during change initiatives with mitigation plans.
• Identify disruptions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess risks.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to coordinate with contract manufacturers for options.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and align cross-functional strategy.
