Job summary

Live Comfortably, LLC seeks a seasoned Business Planning Manager to lead demand planning at style/color/size levels with a rolling 24‑month horizon. You will shape forecasts, drive SIOP, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to align demand with supply and inventory targets.

The role requires strong analytics, data-driven storytelling, and ability to influence stakeholders while developing talent and improving planning processes across brands and categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in demand planning or related discipline.
• Proven ability to lead demand planning processes and develop forecasts at a detailed level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data fluency.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and planning/forecasting systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; translate data into recommendations.
• Demonstrated people leadership and talent development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate monthly demand plans at the style, color, and size level across a rolling 24-month horizon.
• Lead the development of customer and category forecasts incorporating trends, POS, promotions, seasonality, and causal factors.
• Translate strategies and market opportunities into actionable demand plans.
• Monitor forecast performance and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and service levels.
• Lead the Event and Outlier Management process with cross-functional approvals.
• Identify demand risks and opportunities and provide proactive leadership recommendations.
• Be a key leader in the monthly SIOP process; present demand plans and risks to stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance the SIOP process to best-in-class status.
• Partner with Supply Planning to reconcile demand and supply and address risks.
• Build relationships across functions and communicate complex data clearly.
