Job summary

The Joie Children’s Products, Inc. Demand Planning & Account Operations Manager oversees end-to-end forecasting and operational alignment for two premier brands.

You will act as the daily liaison between Brand Account Services and the broader OneTeam supply chain, guiding data-driven decisions to meet service levels and sales targets. You will manage monthly/weekly cycles, ensure data quality in the John Galt forecasting platform, and drive inventory optimization with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in demand forecasting, supply chain, or retail account operations.
• Experience in a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) environment, preferably global.
• Ability to manage high volumes of SKU-level data with high accuracy.
• College degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business impact.
• Data stewardship: manage and reconcile intricate SKU datasets across platforms.
• Cross-functional teamwork with sales, marketing, operations, and purchasing.
• Strategic inventory management to optimize stock utilization.
• Process improvements to boost forecast accuracy and data reliability.
• Clear communication of data-driven recommendations to leaders.
• Risk anticipation to prevent inventory challenges and protect service levels.
• Meticulous attention to detail in forecasting and inventory decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and weekly forecasting cycles for two brands to achieve service levels and sales targets.
• Lead collection, validation, and integration of sales data into the John Galt forecasting platform.
• Analyze and reconcilForecasting models against actuals and market trends; provide strategic recommendations.
• Oversee SKU-level data integrity, including new items activation and obsolescence.
• Serve as liaison for Account Services teams, managing operational priorities and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to incorporate price, promotions, and lifecycle impacts into planning.
• Oversee inventory of China Finished Goods and direct replenishment decisions.
• Provide demand analysis and ordering recommendations to Operations and Purchasing.
• Maintain data integrity in ERP and forecasting systems; enforce audit-ready standards.
