Job summary

SC Johnson GmbH is seeking a Senior Analyst, Demand Planning, to develop and manage demand forecasts across near-term S&OE and longer-range S&OP horizons. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to translate insights into actionable plans and manage signals from promotions, categories, and customer inputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related supply chain role.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and forecasting across multiple horizons for the assigned portfolio.
• Lead collaboration calls with key sales accounts to review performance and forecast assumptions.
• Monitor near-term demand, reflect changes in pacing and promotions, and mitigate risks in the forecast.
• Participate in S&OP steps with cross-functional teams to align on the total demand plan.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of forecast errors and identify corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase forecast accuracy and planning efficiency.
