Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking two Level 2 Deltek Vantagepoint Help Desk Support Specialists for a 3-month contract-to-hire engagement. The role is fully remote in the United States and focuses on supporting internal users, troubleshooting application issues, and guiding project-based workflows within finance and accounting contexts.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision experience, experience across Time & Expense, CRM, Project Management, and related modules, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision support.
• Experience providing Level 2 application support and troubleshooting complex system issues.
• Understanding of project-based workflows within AEC or professional services organizations.
• Experience supporting Deltek modules such as Time & Expense, CRM, Project Management, Resource Planning, Billing, and Financials.
• Ability to troubleshoot user permissions, role-based security, project setup, billing terms, and workflow issues.
• Ability to investigate Deltek data structures, including projects, labor codes, phases, tasks, and custom fields.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical and functional issues to nontechnical users.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 2 Deltek Vantagepoint application and functional support issues escalated from Level 1 help desk teams.
• Troubleshoot configuration, workflow, data, access, and permission issues across Deltek modules, including Time & Expense, CRM, Project Management, Resource Planning, Billing, and Financials.
• Support project setup, work breakdown structures (WBS), labor categories, billing terms, and approval workflows.
• Provide functional guidance, onboarding assistance, and training to project managers, finance and accounting teams, and other business users.
• Assist with system administration tasks, configuration adjustments, data cleanup, and data integrity initiatives.
• Investigate integration issues involving single sign-on (SSO), payroll, financial systems, and data exports.
• Document support resolutions, maintain knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures, and recommend improvements to recurring issues and business workflows.
