HRB seeks a Deltek Vantagepoint Configuration Specialist to administer, configure, and optimize the Deltek Vantagepoint platform across finance, project management, marketing, and operations. The role partners with business leaders to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and deliver reporting solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IS/Business/Finance/Accounting.
3+ years of hands-on Deltek Vantagepoint administration and configuration experience.
Strong knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint modules, workflows, security, and reporting tools.
Experience supporting professional services organizations (A/E/C/Consulting).
Knowledge of project management, resource planning, and accounting/finance processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Deltek Vantagepoint modules (CRM, Projects, Resource Planning, Accounting).
Design system enhancements and customize fields, hubs, workflows, and UI.
Manage upgrades, testing and deployment activities.
Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs for executives and teams.
Support data integrity, migrations, and integrations.
Provide end-user training and ongoing support.
