Deltek is seeking a Senior Accounting Support Services Analyst to deliver expert-level support for Deltek Vantagepoint in a remote, customer-focused role. You will troubleshoot complex issues, customize workflows, and apply advanced accounting knowledge to client inquiries.

You will collaborate with clients, engineers, product managers, and senior staff to resolve issues efficiently, document all interactions, participate in ongoing training, and mentor junior analysts while leveraging AI tools

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a support role, preferably with Deltek Vantagepoint, Vision, or other Deltek ERP solutions.
• US Citizenship is required for this position.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest features and best practices of Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Mentor and assist junior analysts with inquiries and case resolutions.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance support efficiency and effectiveness.
