Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in direct management in logistics or distribution.
• Proven track record in performance and financial results.
• Experience with lean techniques and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and people development for all DS operations.
• Drive vision and lead lean initiatives to meet business plans.
• Set expectations for Ops Managers and measure performance.
• Manage 24/7 delivery operations and DSP relationships.
