You will drive lean initiatives, set expectations, coach staff, and present metrics to senior leadership while building leadership bench strength and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

• Experience with performance metrics, process improvements and lean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for all station operations.
• Drive vision and lead quality initiatives, process changes and lean initiatives to meet business plans.
• Resolve gaps between performance and goals through problem solving.
• Set expectations for Operations, Area and Shift Managers and monitor performance.
• Manage 24/7 delivery station operations and relationships with DSPs.
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership regularly.
• Hire and develop top talent and implement a talent plan.
