Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years’ direct management experience in logistics, fulfillment, last-mile or distribution.
• Track record of delivering performance and financial results under pressure.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and lean techniques.
• Experience with full lifecycle staffing, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations.
• Strong analytical capability; data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English (and local language).
• Experience managing third-party resources on a regional/national scale.
• Experience managing contingent workforce during peak seasons.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Overall safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for delivery station operations.
• Drive vision for station; create quality initiatives and lean improvements to meet business plans.
• Set and clarify requirements for Operations, Area and Shift Managers; measure performance and coach.
• Manage 24/7 delivery station operations and relationships with DSPs.
• Present metrics to senior leadership; hire and develop top talent with a formal plan.
• Collaborate with partners to secure resources for projects and initiatives; share best practices.
