Amazon.com Services LLC in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Sr. Station Leader for an Amazon Logistics Delivery Station.

You will lead a large team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers, coach and mentor staff, and drive safety, quality and efficiency across the DS. Responsibilities include guiding lean initiatives, managing DSP relationships, presenting metrics to senior leadership, and developing leadership bench strength within the site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
7+ years’ direct management experience in a logistics/fulfillment environment.
Proven track record delivering performance and financial results.
Experience with performance metrics and lean techniques.
Experience with full lifecycle staffing including hiring and terminations.

Responsibilities

Oversee safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for all delivery station operations.
Drive vision for the station team and lead quality initiatives and lean projects.
Problem-solve to close gaps between performance and goals.
Set expectations for Operations, Area and Shift Managers; measure performance and provide feedback.
Manage 24/7 delivery operations and relationships with multiple DSPs.
Present operational metrics to senior leadership; participate in resource planning.
Hire and develop talent; execute a talent plan including development and succession.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to secure support and resources.
