Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to drive growth and ensure customer success across strategic accounts. You will be the post-sale technical lead, engaging with executives and engineers, coordinating services, and accelerating production and adoption of Databricks workloads.

You will partner with sales, field engineering, and PS teams to create plans, manage complex programs, and deliver measurable outcomes for high-impact customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering technical projects/programs in Data/AI.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical arch, or consulting roles.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and how to attribute business value to deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution for strategic use cases.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with PS and engineering to accelerate production and adoption of workloads.
• Provide KPI updates on usage, health, risks, and adoption to leadership.
