Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to collaborate with sales and field engineering to accelerate adoption of the Databricks platform. This hybrid role blends technical leadership with commercial accountability, guiding complex customers from onboarding to go-live and ensuring sustainable consumption of workloads.

You will interact with executive stakeholders, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and drive plans across Databricks colleagues to maximize return on investment for

Responsibilities

Engage with Solutions Architects to understand the full use case demand plan for prioritized customers
Lead the post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan for the majority of Databricks use cases within our most strategic accounts
Be the accountable technical leader assigned to specific use cases and customer(s) across multiple selling teams and internal stakeholders
Be the first contact for any technical issues or questions related to the production/go-live status of agreed-upon use cases within an account
Coordinate with Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, and Support resources to deliver aligned tasks
Create and execute a point of view to accelerate key use cases into production with PS engagement when needed
Navigate Product and Engineering teams for new product innovations and upgrade needs
Develop an execution plan that covers all activities across use cases
