Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to drive technical and commercial success across strategic accounts. You will partner with sales, field engineering, and customers to accelerate adoption of the Databricks platform, lead post-sale technical delivery, and ensure measurable value.

This hybrid role blends hands-on design with executive engagement, requiring strong communication across levels, governance, and orchestration of services to move use cases from win to production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering technical projects in Data/AI domains.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture or consulting.
• Ability to relate business value to project deliverables.
• Strong program/project management with stakeholder accountability.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for strategic accounts.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams and use cases.
• Coordinate with PS and engineering for delivery of engagements.
• Provide KPI updates on usage, health and adoption to leadership.
