Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager (Healthcare) to oversee end-to-end project delivery from design to deployment. You will coordinate development teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects meet requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years IT experience, 5+ years managerial experience, and deep healthcare domain knowledge, especially Medicaid, with proficiency in cloud-native architectures and modern tech like NoSQL and microservices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Deep functional knowledge of healthcare processes, especially Medicaid.
• Aware of cloud-native architecture and related technologies.
• Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies and methods.
• Experience mentoring and developing talent in technology.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to set guidelines for others.
• Ability to lead diverse teams including developers, engineers, architects, QA and operations.
• Experience with enterprise architecture/development and risk management.
• Exposure to NoSQL, microservices, and cloud knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee healthcare product design, deployment and support efforts.
• Lead modernization of applications with cloud-native architecture.
• Maintain top-down oversight to ensure delivery aligns with stakeholder goals.
• Direct and mentor Scrum Masters/Managers and resolve project questions or challenges.
• Own the delivery team, manage performance and allocate resources to milestones.
• Define daily tasks for technical staff and ensure progress toward milestones.
• Ensure processes are adhered to and product vision is implemented on schedule.
• Identify risks and dependencies; maximize value delivered through the project lifecycle.
• Maintain production technologies and deployment infrastructure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals.
