You will lead cross-functional teams, drive SDLC and Agile practices, and mentor staff while overseeing cloud-native architectures and large-scale technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in technical delivery/project management.
• Strong healthcare experience with Medicaid domain expertise.
• Experience leading enterprise software development and delivery teams.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, NoSQL, and enterprise apps.
• Strong Agile/Scrum, SDLC, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise healthcare applications from planning through production.
• Manage Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and technical resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and delivery best practices.
• Mentor teams, monitor performance, and support continuous process improvement.
• Oversee cloud-native application delivery and modern technology adoption.
