Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will oversee the successful delivery of healthcare technology initiatives in a remote environment, with a strong focus on project execution, team leadership, and implementation support. The position will guide cloud-native application work from design through deployment while ensuring delivery aligns with customer needs and business objectives. It will also partner closely with technical personnel, scrum leadership, and stakeholders to manage milestones, resolve challenges, and maintain delivery discipline.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $142,450 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare products from design to deployment and implementation support
• Contribute to building and maintaining cloud-native applications
• Lead a team of Scrum Masters and managers, addressing project challenges
• Supervise the delivery team and manage performance
• Assign and oversee daily tasks of technical personnel to meet milestones
• Ensure adherence to processes and timely implementation of product vision
• Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with business goals

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of managerial experience
• Deep functional knowledge of healthcare processes, especially Medicaid business
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and associated technologies
• Proven understanding of project management processes and strategies
• Experience mentoring and developing talent in technology departments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to predict challenges and proactively address obstacles
