Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced Integrated Delivery Program Manager to lead complex healthcare software implementations. You will coordinate delivery across multiple teams, manage scope, risks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time delivery aligned with business objectives.

Remote-based opportunity within the United States, with 0–10% travel. Excellent PM and healthcare domain expertise, familiarity with CMS regulations, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of Healthcare Experience (Medicare/Medicaid/Pharmacy).
• 5+ years in Program Management of large software implementations.
• Strong communication skills across multiple VPs/delivery areas.
• Background in product lifecycle management and technical support.
• Strong project management skills (planning, execution, stakeholder management).
• Experience in product support and Medicaid and Pharmacy operations, familiarity with regulatory CMS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serves as focal point for delivery across teams for specific client(s).
• Maps solution scope and required dates with Implementation Practice team; leads delivery teams to build an integrated plan.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements.
• Troubleshoots and provides resolutions during deployments and operational rollouts.
• Supports pre-sales analysis of deals and cost estimation across delivery areas.
