Job summary

ImageTrend, LLC. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from concept through production deployment. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Architecture, Security, Customer Success and business stakeholders to deliver large-scale programs.

The role emphasizes aligning priorities, managing dependencies, risks and timelines while promoting Agile practices and SDLC excellence. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in Technical Program Management or related discipline; enterprise software/SaaS preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and DevOps/CI-CD.
• Experience using delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, GitHub or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating technical concepts to business audiences.
• Experience leading cloud modernization, platform transformation or regulated industry initiatives.
• PM certifications (PMP/ PMI-ACP/ SAFe/ CSM) preferred.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, governance docs; ability to influence executives.
• Ability to build relationships and travel up to 10%.
• Remote work capability within US.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent technical programs across Engineering, Product, and Technology aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, governance, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, resources, risks, and priorities.
• Establish ownership, accountability, communication channels, and escalation paths.
• Facilitate planning sessions, technical reviews, release readiness, retrospectives, and post-implementation assessments.
• Ensure SDLC and Agile processes are followed across teams.
• Monitor KPI dashboards and provide status reporting to leadership.
• Translate technical concepts into business-focused communications for executives.
• Promote Agile governance, release management, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare strategic recommendations for planning and decision making.
• Support adoption of tools, workflows, and best practices across teams.
• Build relationships across technical and business teams and influence outcomes.
• Travel as required (up to 10%).
