The role emphasizes hands-on execution, teamwork, and proactive impediment removal in a regulated setting, with a strong focus on training, documentation, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years delivering custom software in regulated environments.
• Ability to communicate with a technical audience about APIs and design.
• Experience building 0–1 software, not incremental enhancements.
• Hands-on contributor, detail-focused, not a pure manager.
• Strong problem solving in regulated settings.
• Motivate and organize teams to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organization, time management, and PM skills.
• Ability to craft project plans with multiple swim lanes and Gantt charts.
• Ability to see the big picture while managing details.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical PM of large-scale software delivery (iOS, Android, web).
• Coordinate multiple teams and dependencies to hit scope and timelines.
• Unblock issues via cross-organizational communication.
• Provide status updates and manage risks.
• Plan releases aligning current timelines with new features.
• Collaborate with product management and product owners.
• Plan, train, and scale software use across orgs.
• Create training guides and expansion strategies.
• Document SOPs to scale software usage.
