Job summary

Datacor, Inc. is seeking a Lead Delivery Manager to oversee complex ERP/MES/WMS/CRM client implementations across industries. You will own scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder management, guiding cross-functional teams and executives through multi-workstream deliveries.

You’ll mentor Sr. Delivery Managers and Project Managers, drive delivery practices, and champion improvements to delivery methodologies while maintaining strong client relationships and long-term account health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years’ ERP software delivery or implementation experience, including multi-workstream projects.
• Proven track record delivering large implementations on time and budget.
• Experience with ERP/MES/WMS or CRM in process manufacturing or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, high-visibility client implementations across ERP, MES/WMS, and CRM.
• Own scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder management for multi-workstream projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage executive-level status meetings.
• Drive process improvements to delivery methodologies and tools.
• Maintain broad relationships across internal departments and key clients.
