Job summary

Hitachi Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex Microsoft delivery engagements. You will bring structure, clarity, and control to projects, ensuring successful client outcomes and tight financial discipline across cross-functional teams.

You will guide ownership, forecast performance, and escalate risks while applying Agile, Scrum, SAFe, CPM and hybrid delivery practices to maximize value and margin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years ERP implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Minimum 5 years consultancy implementation partner experience.
• Demonstrated project controls expertise across scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Experience leading teams across onshore, offshore, client and delivery groups.
• Strong communication with senior management and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex ERP/CRM projects within budget and schedule.
• Establish ownership, governance, and clear success criteria with stakeholders.
• Lead risk, issue, dependency management and proactive mitigations.
• Apply Hitachi Solutions delivery methodology and stage-gate reviews.
• Provide transparent, action-oriented status reporting to clients and leadership.
