Datacor, Inc. is seeking a Lead Delivery Manager to oversee complex ERP/MES/WMS/CRM client implementations across industries. You will own scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder management, guiding cross-functional teams and executives through multi-workstream deliveries.

You’ll mentor Sr. Delivery Managers and Project Managers, drive delivery practices, and champion improvements to delivery methodologies while maintaining strong client relationships and long-term account health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years’ ERP software delivery or implementation experience, including multi-workstream projects.
• Proven track record delivering large implementations on time and budget.
• Experience with ERP/MES/WMS or CRM in process manufacturing or distribution preferred.

The Role

As a Lead Delivery Manager, you lead delivery of our most complex, high-visibility client implementations across ERP, MES/WMS, CRM and related Datacor solutions. You independently own scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder management, coordinate cross-functional teams of implementation specialists, technical services, and solution architects, and serve as a trusted advisor to client executives. We guide our clients through every stage of their life cycle, be it acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, buy-ins, mergers and strategic reviews, and in this role you help set the standard for how Datacor delivers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for delivering Datacor’s most complex, high-visibility client implementations across diverse industries.
• Own planning and scheduling for complex, multi-workstream deliveries, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
• Manage budget, resourcing, and risk for large projects, including forecasting, change control, and contingency planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across implementation, technical services, solution architecture, and product/development to keep deliveries aligned and on track.
• Conduct executive status meetings and manage senior stakeholder relationships, presenting delivery health, risks, and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
• Drive resolution of complex customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations related to delivery, including scope and commercial discussions.
• Understand the key business drivers of each client and anticipate issues and risks before they affect the delivery, using insights, factual conclusions, and advice.
• Negotiate requirements, scope changes, and alternative solutions with client leadership and internal teams.
• Identify and champion improvements to delivery methodology, templates, and tools, building consensus and support for new delivery approaches.
• Maintain broad relationships across Datacor (Sales, Optimization, Support, and Product) and with key clients to support smooth handoffs and long-term account health.
• Stay current on ERP trends, technologies, and best practices in process manufacturing and distribution.

As a Lead Delivery Manager, you are a senior individual contributor and a role model for the delivery team. This role does not carry formal direct reports, but you are expected to raise the performance of the people around you. As part of this role, you will:

• Coach, review, and delegate work to Sr. Delivery Managers and Project Managers, providing guidance and feedback on delivery practices
• Mentor newer delivery staff on planning, risk management, and executive communication
• Serve as the go-to resource for the team’s hardest delivery problems, leading others to resolve them
• Foster a team culture that drives continuous improvement, finding incremental improvements in processes and projects
• Model customer-focused behavior, setting expectations for positive relationship building with internal and external customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science or relevant area; a combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in ERP software delivery or implementation, including leading complex, multi-workstream projects
• Proven track record of delivering large implementations on time and on budget
• Experience with ERP, MES/WMS, or CRM implementations in process manufacturing or distribution preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring a fresh perspective to complex delivery challenges
• Advanced organizational, project management, and budget management skills
• Exceptional time management skills across multiple concurrent engagements
• Superb computer literacy with business software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools
• PMP or equivalent project management certification a plus
• Demonstrated success coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to other delivery or project staff
• Highly skilled at presenting complex information to senior-level audiences, negotiating solutions, and building consensus
• Recognized as a trusted delivery leader by clients and internal stakeholders
• Communicates directly, delivers clear feedback and direction, and inspires others
