Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants seeks a Corporate Project Delivery Director to lead the firm’s Project Delivery Operating model across U.S. locations.

You will partner with Regional Directors, Finance, Legal and L&D to align terms, train staff, and standardize processes for scalable performance. The role oversees ERP/Data Warehouse initiatives, sets enterprise standards for rates/terms, and provides governance for risk mitigation and go/no-go decisions while enabling regional growth and data-informed

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive professional experience in delivering projects within the AEC sector.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and enterprise projects.
• Strong negotiation, risk management and governance experience.
• Experience with corporate training programs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel and valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise strategy for project delivery tools and systems, including emerging AI-enabled technologies.
• Lead firmwide decision-making on tool investments and standards.
• Coordinate with Regional Directors to translate regional input into enterprise priorities.
• Oversee project delivery terms, rates, contract language, and risk allocation with Accounting and Legal.
• Ensure ERP/Data Warehouse data, reports, and workflows meet project manager needs.
• Drive cross-regional alignment and escalation pathways for feedback and continuous improvement.
• Define and communicate enterprise standards; oversee the development and delivery of training programs.
• Support CFO with market rate updates and annual billing rate changes.
• Govern timesheet corrections, setting standards, and risk thresholds in collaboration with Accounting/Finance.
