Job summary

Datacor seeks a Lead Delivery Manager to oversee complex ERP, MES/WMS, and CRM implementations. You will own scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder relations, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include executive status meetings, risk management, and delivery process improvements. A PMP or equivalent certification is a plus; strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with experience.
• 5–7 years ERP delivery or implementation experience.
• Proven track record delivering large implementations on time and budget.
• ERP/MES/WMS/CRM implementations in process manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced organizational, project management and budgeting skills.
• Exceptional time management across multiple engagements.
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification a plus.
• Experience coaching and delegating work to delivery staff.
• Ability to present complex info to senior audiences and negotiate.
• Trusted delivery leader among clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex client implementations across ERP, MES/WMS, CRM.
• Own scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide executive status updates on health, risks, and actions.
• Drive resolution of delivery inquiries and escalations.
• Mentor and coach Sr. Delivery and Project Managers.
• Foster continuous delivery improvements and templates.
