Job summary

You will partner with Capability Leads to balance immediate priorities with long-term modernization, ensuring governance, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery to CISA-sponsored mission areas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting experience supporting federal agencies.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering across complex programs with governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer relationship manager for assigned CISA mission areas.
• Build trusted relationships with government leadership through engagement and delivery excellence.
• Develop an understanding of customer priorities and mission objectives.
• Anticipate evolving customer needs and align resources to support mission success.
• Own delivery performance across mission areas, ensuring quality, schedule, scope, and satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and oversight for all activities within delivery organizations.
• Monitor delivery health through metrics, milestones, risks and commitments.
• Establish operational rhythms to improve visibility and accountability.
• Ensure contractual obligations and service-level commitments are met.
• Serve as a people manager for team members responsible for mission execution.
• Align customer priorities with program capabilities and reusable service offerings.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery through modernization and automation.
• Ensure customer feedback informs capability roadmaps and investments.
• Balance immediate operational priorities with long-term strategic objectives.
