Everforth ECS in Fairfax, VA seeks a Cyber Solution Area Lead to shape the cyber strategy, portfolio, and market position across the federal market. This is a high-impact horizontal leadership role that mobilizes expertise across the company to create repeatable cyber offerings and strong customer value.

You will lead strategic investments, coordinate with Growth, Account, and Delivery teams, and represent the company in federal engagements to win missions and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity or related federal environments.
• Broad cybersecurity expertise across Zero Trust, IAM, cloud security, network security, DevSecOps, data protection.
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government customers and missions.
• Translating customer/mission needs into technical solutions and strategic initiatives.
• Experience contributing to business development, captures, and strategic campaigns.
• Clear understanding of how cybersecurity capabilities are implemented and sustained in federal programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong capability to communicate complex cybersecurity concepts in mission terms.

• Shape Our Cyber Strategy and Market Position for the Cyber Solution Area.
• Build a portfolio of differentiated, repeatable cyber offerings.
• Drive growth with key Growth, Account, and technical teams.
• Lead the Cyber Community Across the Company with cross-unit collaboration.
• Shape investments in Cyber R&D, IRAD, and reusable solutions.
• Represent Everforth ECS in federal engagements and forums.
