Everforth ECS is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the CDM program's user and agency-facing functions and ITIL-aligned processes. You will lead multiple IT teams, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with DevOps for reliable cloud operations.

Strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strong communication are essential as you manage incident response and service delivery across federal environments.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust.
• 6+ years leading operations of cloud-based solutions with big data or data analytics.
• 4+ years delivering services in cloud production systems in Federal or regulated environments.
• Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting complex systems.
• CISSP certification required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience deploying CDM tools and related ITIL processes.
• Experience in Federal environments of similar size and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24x7x365 Tier 1 service desk and Tier 2 system administration.
• Lead cross-functional DevOps collaboration for cloud components on AWS.
• Ensure SLAs and OLAs are met; manage incidents and deployment coordination.
• Develop and enforce data security, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Mentor and develop IT staff; drive continuous improvement and metrics.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and coordinate major incidents.
